Whether the holidays are stressing you out, or just the everyday back and fourth, take some time for yourself and rejuvenate your mind, body, & soul at the Yoga Garden in Pittsboro. Here’s what the Pittsboro and Siler City CVB has to say on this local spot!
When I met Lexie Wolf years ago, we worked jointly with a team of dedicated volunteers on a culinary task force. She was always enthusiastic and ready to work hard. I reconnected through her new business, Yoga Garden, where she is the owner, manager, and all-around supporter of local endeavors.
Thinking about the needs of all who travel to the area, our visitors are fortunate to have access to many local places to relax and find peace and comfort. Yoga Garden adds to that mix with a number of amenities for our guests staying overnight. Different classes and workshops are available, as well as cozy and calming meeting spaces. Reserve a larger or smaller room, or the entire space, for a social gathering, meeting, or other private function.
While many find yoga soothing once they start taking classes, it is also inspiring, rejuvenating, and healing, whether individually or as a retreat with friends or a team of staff members. Find a weekly schedule of yoga and Pilates classes, workshops, and events as well as private yoga and healing sessions. They are a Yoga Alliance-certified RYS-200/300 yoga school also providing continuing education through workshops and trainings including Yoga Warriors International.
Certified instructors, a welcoming space, a location that’s within reasonable walking distance of a few of our B&B inns on the Heart of NC Trails, and nearby shops and eateries are all reasons to create a day or overnight itinerary, particularly during the first quarter, when a little boost in spirit is in order.
Find your serenity at the Yoga Garden. We’ll end on a Buddhist proverb they’ve shared with us:
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
